Tour Policy – Dogra Holidays | Terms & Conditions for Tour Packages
Before booking your Delhi to Manali tour package, Kullu Manali package, or any Himachal Pradesh tour package, please read our detailed tour and travel policy carefully.
1. Booking Policy
✔️ Advance booking amount: 30%–50% of total package cost
✔️ Full payment must be completed before tour commencement
✔️ Bookings are confirmed only after payment receipt & availability confirmation
✔️ Last-minute bookings are subject to availability of hotels, Volvo seats & transport
2. Cancellation Policy
❌ 25% cancellation charge – if cancelled 15 days before travel date
❌ 50% cancellation charge – if cancelled 7 days before travel date
❌ 100% cancellation charge – if cancelled within 3 days or no-show
Note: Cancellation charges may vary during peak season (summer, snowfall, long weekends).
3. Refund Policy
💰 Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
💰 Refunds are made after deducting cancellation charges & transaction fees
💰 No refund for unused services, early check-out, or missed sightseeing
4. Child Policy
👶 Children below 5 years: Complimentary (without extra bed)
🛏️ Children above 5 years: Charged as per extra bed policy
🧾 Valid ID proof is mandatory for all guests
5. Hotel Policy
🏨 Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
🏨 Hotels are subject to availability; similar category hotels will be provided if required
🏨 Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability & extra cost
6. Transport & Volvo Policy
🚌 Volvo seats are allocated on availability basis (no seat guarantee)
🚗 Sightseeing is provided as per itinerary only
⛔ AC may be switched off in hilly areas for safety reasons
⛔ No refund for road blockages, weather issues, or natural delays
7. Sightseeing & Permit Policy
🏔️ Rohtang Pass visit is subject to government permit & weather conditions
🏔️ Additional charges apply for Rohtang, Sissu, or extra sightseeing
🐎 Local union taxis may be required for certain areas (self-pay basis)
8. Adventure Activities Policy
🎿 Activities like paragliding, river rafting, skiing, etc. are optional & self-paid
⚠️ Guests participate at their own risk
❌ Dogra Holidays is not responsible for any injury, accident, or loss during activities
9. Travel Insurance & Liability
📄 Travel insurance is not included in the package
⚠️ Dogra Holidays is not liable for: Natural calamities (snowfall, landslides, roadblocks)
Political disturbances or strikes
Flight/train delays or cancellations
10. Important Guidelines
🧾 Carry valid government ID proof during travel
🧳 Keep personal belongings safe
⏰ Follow the itinerary timing to avoid missing services
❗ Any additional service not mentioned in itinerary will be chargeable
11. Force Majeure Policy
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or government restrictions, the itinerary may be modified for safety reasons. No refund will be applicable for such changes.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By booking any Manali tour package, Himachal tour package, or Volvo package from Delhi with Dogra Holidays, the guest agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
